Introduction

Give Your Booking Page a Fresh, Modern Look

The Modern Web Theme in Zoho Bookings allows you to customize your booking pages with beautiful color palettes, sleek design elements, and your own branding. Whether you’re looking to match your brand colors or simply want a clean, modern look, this theme helps you create a professional, personalized booking experience.

 

🔐 Note: Super Admins and Admins can view and customize Booking Page Themes. Managers can only view them. Staff members do not have access.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Customize with the Modern Web Theme

  1. Access the Modern Web Theme
    • Click the Manage Business icon in the top-right menu bar.
    • Select Workspaces.
  • Choose your desired workspace.
  • Under the Basic Information tab, click Booking Page Themes.
  • Select Modern Web Theme from the list.
  1. Choose a Color Option
    • Browse through the preset color options.
    • Click a color to preview your booking page in real time.
  • The live preview updates instantly to reflect your changes.
  1. Use a Custom Color Palette (Modern Web Theme Exclusive)

Want more control over your page colors? The Custom Color Palette lets you fine-tune every detail.

To use it:
  1. Click the last tile under Color Options.

5. Social Preview Image

Customize the image that appears when the page URL is shared on social media platforms.

  • You can set:
    • A site-wide social preview image.
    • A page-specific preview image.

This helps give context to viewers on social platforms.

6. Header and Footer Code

Insert third-party code such as:

  • Google Analytics
  • Translator widgets
  • Custom JavaScript

Steps:

  • Click Header or Footer Code.
  • Paste the relevant code.

Click Save

7. Page Visibility and Menu Management

Hide a Page from the Menu

  • Go to Configuration > Site Options.
  • Click Preferences.
  • Toggle Menu visibility to Hide.
  • Click Save.

Note: This hides the page from navigation but does not delete it.

Unhide a Page

  • Go to Configuration > Menus.
  • Click Add Menu Item.
  • Assign a name and select the page.
  • Click Save.

8. Create Subpages (Page Hierarchy)

To organize pages under a parent page:

  • Go to Configuration > Menus.
  • Drag a page to the right under its intended parent page.
  • Click Save.

Note: Zoho supports up to three levels of subpages with unlimited total pages.

9. Reorder Pages

Rearrange page order in your site’s navigation.

  • Go to Configuration > Menus.
  • Drag and drop pages in the desired sequence.
  • Click Save.

Tips

  • Use Received Quantities + 3-Way Matching for greater control and fewer billing errors.
  • The Should Be Paid status updates automatically but can be changed manually if needed.
  • Customize per product to fit different supplier requirements.
  • Avoid billing before receiving goods to prevent payment issues.
