How to Manage Products in Zoho Commerce

Introduction

Once you’ve added products to your Zoho Commerce store, keeping them organized is key to smooth operations. Whether you’re looking to sort, search, filter, delete, or update your products, the Products module gives you all the tools you need. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to manage your products easily and efficiently.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Sort Products

  1. Go to the Products module.
  2. Click the Sort By icon.
  3. Choose to sort your products by Name or Last Modified Time.

View Products

  1. Click the View icon to switch between Grid View and List View.

2.Use the Show dropdown menu to select how many products you want to display per page.

 

Search for Products

  1. Go to the Products module.
  2. Use the Search Bar in the top-right corner.
  3. Type in your keyword.
  4. Click the Search icon to choose whether you want to search across:
    • All product fields
    • Product Name
    • Product SKU

Delete Products

  • To delete a single product:
    1. Hover over the product.
    2. Click the Delete icon.
  • To delete multiple products:
    1. Select the products using the checkboxes.
    2. Click the Delete icon.
  • To delete all products:
    1. Click the Select All checkbox at the top-left.
    2. Click the Delete icon.

Note: Products that have been involved in any transaction cannot be deleted. You can archive them instead. To find archived products later, click the Filter icon and choose “Archived Products”.

Filter Products

  1. Go to the Products module.
  2. Click the Filter icon.
  3. Filter products based on:
    • Whether they are visible in the store (Show in Store)
    • Archived products

Edit Products

  1. In the Products module, find the product you want to change.
  2. Click the Edit icon next to it.
  3. Make your changes and click Save.

Tips

  • Use Grid View to see product images and layouts visually; switch to List View for more detailed information in one place.
  • Archiving is a good alternative to deleting products you may want to bring back later.
  • Use product SKUs when searching to find exact matches quickly.
