  1. Log in to your Zoho Commerce account.
  2. Scroll down and click Subscriptions.

3. Click Upgrade to go to the payment page.

4. Choose your plan and click Upgrade.

5. Select Monthly or Yearly billing.

6. Click Continue to review your order.

7. Confirm the order summary by clicking Confirm.

8.Enter your billing details.

9. Choose your payment method:

    • Credit card
    • Debit card
    • Net banking
    • Zoho Wallet

10. Click Make Payment and complete the transaction.

Note:

  • Credit card payments are automatic and renew monthly.
  • Debit card payments require re-authentication for each renewal—you’ll be notified in advance.

Cancelling or Downgrading Your Subscription

Need to take a break? No problem.

When you downgrade, your store data is safely stored but not accessible until you reactivate your plan.

If you’re on a yearly plan, you’ll receive a prorated refund based on how much time is left in your subscription.

To downgrade:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Commerce store.
  2. Click your user icon and select Subscription.

3. Click Downgrade on your current plan.

4. Click Change Plan to confirm.

Important Notes:

  • If you’re on the Starter plan, downgrading moves you to a free plan with no admin or storefront access.
  • Pro plan users can downgrade to either Starter or Free plan.

Tips

  • Test everything during your trial. It’s the full Professional plan, so you get to experience all the features before choosing.
  • Monthly billing offers flexibility, but yearly billing can save you money in the long run.
  • Downgrading doesn’t delete your data—you can always come back and pick up where you left off.
