The Revisions feature in Zoho Contracts helps users monitor, compare, and manage all versions of a contract with ease.

Viewing Contract Versions

 

To see the version history of a contract:

  1. Navigate to the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the contract whose versions you want to view.
  3. In the contract details panel on the left, click More, then select Revisions.
  4. All saved versions of the contract will be listed.
  5. Click on any version to open it in the document viewer.

Filtering Contract Versions

 

To locate specific versions quickly:

  1. Go to the Contracts tab.
  2. Open the desired contract.
  3. Click More in the left panel, then choose Revisions.
  4. Select Filter By and apply your desired filter criteria (e.g., date, author, version type).

Restoring a Previous Version

 

To revert a contract to an earlier version:

  1. Open the Contracts tab.
  2. Select the contract you wish to revert.
  3. Click More in the contract details panel, then choose Revisions.
  4. Find the version you want to restore, click More next to it, and select Restore This Version.

Printing a Version

 

To print a specific version of a contract:

  1. Navigate to the Contracts tab.
  2. Open the contract.
  3. Click More in the left panel and choose Revisions.
  4. Click More next to the version you want to print, then select Print.

Downloading a Version

 

To download a version of a contract:

  1. Go to the Contracts tab.
  2. Open the relevant contract.
  3. Click More in the contract details panel, then select Revisions.
  4. Click More next to the desired version and choose a file format under the Download As section.
