Adding and Managing Counterparties

Estimated reading: 2 minutes 19 views

Introduction

A counterparty is a legal entity – such as a customer, vendor, or partner with whom your organization enters into a contract.

During a contract workflow, terms are negotiated between your organization and the counterparty. The contract becomes effective only when it is signed by authorized representatives from both parties.

Zoho Contracts makes it easy to add, edit, search, and manage counterparties from a centralized interface.
