Introduction

The Activity tab in the contract details panel displays a chronological timeline of all actions taken on a contract. This helps users track changes, monitor progress, and maintain a clear audit trail throughout the contract lifecycle.

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

1. View Activity Timeline of a Contract

To view all recorded actions in a contract:

  1. Click the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Open the contract whose activity timeline you want to view.
  3. In the left-side contract details panel, click More.
  4. Select Activity from the drop down.

The activity list will show every update in the order it occurred – such as status changes, edits, approvals, and more.

 

2. Apply a Filter for Activities

To narrow down the activity records:

  1. Click the Contracts tab at the top of the page.
  2. Open the contract you want to filter.
  3. In the contract details panel, click More > Activity.
  4. Click Filter By at the top of the Activity tab.
  5. Choose and apply your desired filter criteria.

This feature helps you quickly find specific types of actions or events, making it easier to audit contract history.
