How to Setup Calenday syncronisaiton
Introduction
Keeping track of your schedule shouldn’t be a chore. With calendar synchronisation in Zoho CRM, you can view and manage all your meetings, calls, and events across your iPhone, iPad, MacBook, or Apple Watch—without needing to log into Zoho every time.
Using CalDAV integration, your Zoho CRM calendar stays in sync with your Apple devices. So whether you’re in the office or on the go, your daily agenda is always just a glance away.
Step-by-step Instructions
Setting Up Calendar Sync via CalDAV

1) Enable CalDAV Access in Zoho CRM
Before syncing your devices, you’ll need to turn on CalDAV in Zoho CRM.

- Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
- Click the Calendar icon, then select Day, Week, or Month.
- Click Options → Preferences.
- Under CalDAV Access, change the status to Enable.
- The CalDAV server URL and login details will appear.
- For UK/EU users, the server will be: crm.zoho.eu
- Click Save.
2) Set Up CalDAV on Your iOS Device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook)
You’ll now add your Zoho calendar to your iOS device:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Passwords & Accounts → Add Account → Other.
- Under Calendars, tap Add CalDAV Account.

Enter the Following:
- Server: crm.zoho.com
- Username: Your full Zoho email address
- Password: Your Zoho password
- Description: (e.g. "Zoho CRM Calendar")

Your device will now verify and enable calendar synchronisation.
Note:
If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on your Zoho account, you’ll need to generate an App-Specific Password:
Visit: Zoho Account Security
- Click Security → App Passwords → Generate New Password
- Use the generated password in the CalDAV setup.
Using Zoho CRM Calendar Sync
Once configured:
- Any event created in Zoho CRM shows up on your iPhone or iPad calendar.
- Events created on your iOS device also sync back to Zoho CRM.
- If you're offline, your events are stored and synced when you're back online.
- Your Apple Watch will show alerts once it's paired with your iPhone—no extra setup needed.
Removing CalDAV from Your Device
You can stop the sync at any time by:
A. Disabling CalDAV in Zoho CRM
- Go to Calendar > Options > Preferences
- Set CalDAV Access to Disable
- Click Save
B. Deleting CalDAV Account from iPhone/iOS

- Go to Settings → Passwords & Accounts
- Select your CalDAV account
- Tap Delete Account → Confirm with Delete from My iPhone

Tips for Seamless Calendar Sync
- Always use your Zoho email address, not your username.
- If syncing fails, double-check your server address and app-specific password.
