How to Manage your Organization in Zoho FSM

Introduction

Zoho FSM allows you to configure key details of your organization, including business hours, currencies, holidays, and general company information. These settings help tailor your FSM experience to suit your operational needs.

Company Details

 

You can add the following information about your organization:

  • Address and phone numbers
  • Business location
  • Time zone and preferred currency
  • Unit of measurement for distance (Kilometres or Miles)

To update company details:

  1. Go to Setup > General > Organization Details

Click Edit

3. Enter the required information and click Save

If your system’s time zone differs from your FSM organization’s time zone, both will be displayed alongside DateTime fields.

Add a Company Logo

To upload a logo:

  1. Navigate to Setup > General > Organisation Details
  2. Click the placeholder for the company logo
  3. In the upload window, click Choose file and select a .png or .jpeg image (Max size: 5MB)
  4. Resize if necessary and click Upload

You can later change or remove the logo at any time.

Set Business Hours

Available in: Standard, Professional editions

Define your official working hours so that scheduling aligns with your business operations.

To set business hours:

  1. Go to Setup > General > Organisation Details
  2. Click Configure next to Business Hour Details
  3. Select the required timings and click Save

 

In the Dispatch Console:

  • Business hours are highlighted in white on the Gantt chart
  • In Day View, the chart scrolls to the start of business hours
  • In Week View, the calendar follows the selected starting day of the week
  • Service appointments will suggest time slots starting from the beginning of business hours

 

Manage Multiple Currencies

 

Available in: Standard, Professional editions

You can use more than one currency in your FSM account.

 

To add a new currency:

  1. Navigate to Setup > General > Currency
  2. Click Add Currency
  3. Enter the details and click Create

Once added, additional currency options become available when creating contacts, work orders, and more.

 

Set Organization Holidays

Available in: All Editions

 

You can define holidays that will be visible in:

  • The Gantt view of the Dispatch Console
  • Service resource calendars
  • The Service Appointments screen on the mobile app

To add holidays:

  1. Navigate to Setup > General > Holidays
  2. Select the year, then click Add Holiday List
  3. Click + New Line, enter the holiday name and date, then click Save

You can edit or delete holiday entries at any time.

Delete FSM Organization

Note: Only accounts in the Free edition can be deleted.

To delete your FSM organization:

  1. Navigate to Setup > General > Organization Details
  2. Click Delete Zoho FSM Organization

 

If your account is in a Paid edition, deletion will not be permitted.

 

If your account is in the Free edition:

  • All users must first be deleted or deactivated
  • Once complete, confirm deletion by clicking Delete Zoho FSM Organization

You will be logged out and notified by email once deletion is complete

 

What Happens After Deletion?

  • The FSM organization and its data are permanently removed
  • This action is irreversible
  • Any linked integrations (e.g., with Zoho Books or third-party apps) will stop functioning
  • Data synced with external systems will remain unaffected
  • Other FSM or Zoho organizations tied to your account will not be impacted

Important: Be sure to export and back up your data before proceeding with deletion to avoid permanent data loss.
