Managing access to your Zoho One applications is essential for maintaining security and ensuring that your team has the right tools. This guide will walk you through the process of assigning applications to users, whether individually, by group, or organisation-wide. 

 

How to Assign Apps to Users in Zoho One

1. Sign In to Zoho One Admin Panel

2. Navigate to the Applications Section

3. Choose the Application to Assign

4. Automate Workflows and Customise Your Setup


Option A: Assign to Individual Users
 

  • Click on Assign Users. 
  • Go to the Individual tab. 
  • Manually enter the user’s name or use the user picker to select users. 
  • Set the appropriate role for each user. 
  • Click Assign to confirm. 

Option B: Assign to a Group 

  • Click on Assign Users. 
  • Navigate to the Group tab. 
  • Select the desired group. 
  • Configure any conditions to apply to all users within the group. 
  • Click Assign to apply the settings. 

Option C: Assign to Everyone 

  • Click on Assign Users. 
  • Go to the Everyone tab. 
  • Set the condition to apply to all users. 
  • Click Assign to grant access to all users.
