Introduction

Copy Customization allows an organization to replicate modules, services, and form configurations from one Zoho People account (called the base account) to another. This feature helps streamline the setup of new accounts by duplicating existing structures, saving time and effort during onboarding or expansion.

Step-by-Step Instructions

How to Use the Copy Customization Feature

To initiate and complete the copy process, follow these steps:

  1. Send Request to Target Account
  • From the base account, navigate to:
    Operations > Data Administration > Copy Customization
  • Enter the email address of the target account.
  • Click Send Request

2.After the Request is Accepted

  • Return to Copy Customization in the base account.
  • Select the modules and forms you want to replicate.
  • Enter the email address of the target account
  • Click Copy.

You’ve now successfully copied the desired customizations to the new account!
