Step-by-Step Instructions

How to Restore Deleted Records

To recover deleted records using the Recycle Bin:

Navigate to Operations > Data Administration > Recycle Bin
Select the relevant form from the drop-down list
Use the checkboxes to select the records you want to restore
Click Restore

Confirm the action by clicking Restore again in the pop-up window

Note: Deleted records may take up to 30 seconds to appear in the Recycle Bin after deletion.

Key Information and Limitations

What Can Be Restored

All records from custom forms
Records from certain legacy system forms, including:
- Travel Request
- Travel Expense
- Exit Details
- Address Proof
- Bonafide Letter
- Experience Letter

What Cannot Be Restored

Records from core system forms such as:
- Employee Form
- Leave
- Attendance
- Performance

For these forms, deleted data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered from the Recycle Bin.
