Issues faced by users with a rebranded domain ( third-party cookies disabled in browser)

Estimated reading: 2 minutes 54 views

Introduction

When using a rebranded domain, certain features may not work properly if third-party cookies are disabled in your web browser. Many modern browsers (such as Safari) disable third-party cookies by default, which can cause issues with file uploads, document access, integrations, and more.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Common Issues:

If third-party cookies are disabled, you may face the following problems:

  • File upload fails when trying to import files in any form.
  • Profile picture is not displayed when uploaded via accounts.zoho.com.
  • Unable to open documents uploaded by candidates during onboarding (Zoho Writer will not load).
  • Mail merge documents in Zoho People cannot be accessed.
  • Sending documents for e-sign fails because the Zoho Sign site does not load.
  • Reports fail to load or generate through Analytics integration.

Solution:

To resolve these issues, ensure that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser.
