Introduction

Project Level Issue Reports provide detailed insights into the status and progression of issues within a project. By analyzing issues through multiple parameters, teams can identify bottlenecks, track escalations, and monitor issue resolution effectively.

Feature Availability:
Issue Reports are available exclusively in Premium and Enterprise plans, offering advanced reporting capabilities for in-depth project management.

Chart Configuration:
The Chart Configuration feature lets users customize visual reports by selecting chart types and defining which fields to plot on the X and Y axes. Grouping and filtering options make it easier to focus on specific issue data.

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

How to Configure Charts for Issue Reports:

  • Navigate to your project and click Reports in the top menu.
  • From the drop-down panel, select Issue Reports.
  • Click the chart icon (located in the top right corner).
  • Choose your preferred chart type.
  • Select fields for the X axis, Y axis, and grouping.
  • Click Apply to generate the chart.

Basic Reports


Basic Issue Reports offer an overview of issue statuses using commonly used parameters. The report is displayed in both graphical and tabular forms, allowing you to click on any bar to drill down into issues for a specific status.

Advanced Reports


Advanced Reports provide deeper insights into issue management, answering critical questions such as:

  • How many issues does each owner have in different stages?
  • How many issues have been escalated and at what escalation levels?

Issue Owner Status Report


This report graphically shows the number of issues assigned to each user across different stages. Clicking on any bar reveals detailed issue lists for that particular stage.

How to access:

  • Navigate to your project and click Reports.
  • Select Issue Owner Status Report.
  • Click any bar in the graph to view detailed issues.
  • Scroll down to see the report in table format.

Issue Owner Escalation Report


This report displays escalations per user in a graphical format. Clicking on any bar will list the issues associated with that escalation level.

Created vs Closed Report


Similar to task reports, the Created vs Closed report compares issues created against those resolved within a selected time frame. It provides metrics such as count, sum, average, minimum, and maximum values based on issue creation and closure dates.

Exporting Issue Reports


For easy sharing and offline access, you can export issue reports as PDF files:

  • Navigate to Issue Reports.
  • Click the export icon.
  • Select Export to PDF and save the report.
