1. Begin IMAP Email Setup in Zoho Recruit

 

  • Navigate to Setup > General > Email Settings > Configure.
  • Choose your email provider under Popular Email Services to start IMAP integration.

2. Office 365 / Outlook Integration

  • Select Office 365, then choose IMAP.
  • Enter your Name and Email Address.
  • Define the Email Sync Settings—the date range to sync.
  • Click Authenticate with Microsoft, grant permissions, and Save.

 Your Office 365 IMAP account is now linked.

3. Yahoo Mail Integration with IMAP

  • Select Yahoo Mail, then choose IMAP.
  • Enter your details and click Continue.
  • Import any existing filters for convenience.
  • If using multi-factor authentication, generate an app‑specific password in Yahoo:
    • Go to your Yahoo Account Info → Security → App Password.
    • Create a password and paste it into Zoho Recruit.
