1. Begin IMAP Email Setup in Zoho Recruit
- Navigate to Setup > General > Email Settings > Configure.
- Choose your email provider under Popular Email Services to start IMAP integration
2. Office 365 / Outlook Integration
- Select Office 365, then choose IMAP.
- Enter your Name and Email Address.
- Define the Email Sync Settings the date range to sync.
- Click Authenticate with Microsoft, grant permissions, and Save.
Your Office 365 IMAP account is now linked.
3. Yahoo Mail Integration with IMAP
- Select Yahoo Mail, then choose IMAP.
- Enter your details and click Continue.
- Import any existing filters for convenience.
- If using multi-factor authentication, generate an app‑specific password in Yahoo:
