Introduction

You can choose to include a unique Document ID in your documents that were sent out for signatures, if required.

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

How to insert Document ID in documents.

     1.Click Settings in the left navigation panel.

2.Choose Account settings.

 

3.Choose Sending options from the side pane.

4.Navigate to Document ID.

5.Select the Insert Document ID to documents checkbox.

6.Click on the Add to dropdown and choose the pages where you wish to include the Document ID.

7.Select the desired position for placing the document ID from the Position dropdown.

8.Click Save.

Tips

  1. Use Templates
                   Save frequently used documents (like NDAs, contracts, or HR forms) as templates to speed up your workflow.
  2. Enable “Send in Order”
                   Ensure a proper signing sequence when multiple parties are involved great for approval chains.
  3. Integrate with Zoho CRM Send documents directly from Zoho CRM deals or contacts to automate and simplify contract management.
