Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps to enable recipient authentication in Zoho CRM:

  1. Go to Account Settings
    • Hover over the Settings icon (gear symbol) in Zoho CRM.
    • Click Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  1. Access Sending Options
    • In the left-hand menu, click on Sending Options.
    • Scroll down or navigate to the Recipient Authentication
  1. Enable Recipient Authentication
    • Tick the box labelled Enforce Authentication to enable the feature.
  2. Choose Your Delivery Method
    • Select how you want the authentication code to be delivered to the recipient:
      1. Email
      2. SMS
      3. Or both, depending on your preference and security needs.
