Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Hover over Settings and click Account settings.
  • Click Sending options and navigate to the Request defaults
  • Days to complete: Specify the default timeframe in days allotted for the signer to finalize the signing action.
  • Enable Automatic Reminders and Send in Order options by checking the relevant checkbox.

Tips

  1. Set a realistic timeframe for signing. Giving signers around 5 to 7 days usually works well enough time to review without causing unnecessary delays.
  2. Turn on automatic reminders. This way, Zoho Sign nudges your recipients gently, so you don’t have to keep chasing them.
  3. Use “Send in Order” when you need a specific signing sequence. For example, if your manager needs to sign before the client, this keeps things neat and organized.
