1. Accessing Blog Settings

To manage all blog-related settings:

  • Click the hamburger menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the Zoho Sites builder.
  • Select Blog from the menu.

This will take you to the blog management dashboard.

2. Blog Management Menu

Once inside the Blog section, you’ll see a top menu bar with several options for managing different aspects of your blog:

a. Blog Posts

Manage all your published and draft blog posts.

  • Create, edit, delete, or publish posts.
  • Add cover images, set URLs, summaries, and more.
  • Enable or disable comments.

Tip: Use the Add Post button to create a new blog entry with full formatting options and image support.

 

b. Categories

Organize your blog content by topic.

  • Create categories to group related blog posts.
  • Assign categories when publishing a post.
  • Makes navigation easier for your visitors.

Example: Categories like Product Updates, Tips & Tricks, or Customer Stories.

c. Tags

Improve searchability within your blog.

  • Add tags to individual blog posts.
  • Tags work like keywords and are clickable for quick filtering.
  • Help users find related content across different categories.

Example Tags: marketing, CRM, automation, features

d. SEO

Improve your blog’s visibility in search engines.

  • Add SEO titles and meta descriptions for your blog posts.
  • Set up robots meta tags such as noindex, nofollow, or noarchive.
  • Enable the Sitemap XML toggle to help search engines index your blog properly.

Configure change frequency and priority to control crawl behavior
