Steps to Enable Email Notifications

1. Navigate to Forms

1.  From the left panel of your dashboard, go to the Forms section.

3. Access Email Notification Settings

 On the Forms page, click on Email Notification to open the notification settings.

4. Enable the Feature

 Toggle the switch labeled Set Email Notification to enable email notifications.

Configuration Details

• From Address

 By default, the “From” address is set to zoho.adminuserid.

• To Address and Subject

 These are mandatory fields. You must specify the recipient’s email address and the subject line for the notification email. You can enter multiple email addresses, separated by commas.

• Email Content

 Use the built-in rich-text editor to compose your email message. You can insert form-field tags directly into the content to automatically merge user-submitted data. A field menu is available to help you insert these tags wherever needed.

• File Uploads as Attachments

 If your form includes a File Upload field, any files submitted through the form will be sent as email attachments along with the notification.

Additional Notes

• Selecting adminuserid as the recipient will send the notification to your admin email by default.
• You can manually add other recipients by entering their email addresses. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.

Final Step

After configuring all the necessary settings, click Save to apply your changes.

This setup ensures that you never miss a form submission and can act promptly based on the information received.
