Accessing Form Data

To begin managing your forms:

1. Navigate to the Form Data section from the left-hand panel of your Zoho Sites dashboard.
2. All the forms you’ve created will be displayed on the left.
3. Selecting any form will show its corresponding records in the main panel.

Creating a New Form

Using a Predefined Template

1. Click Create a Form.
2. Choose from the list of available templates and click Add.
3. The newly created form will appear in the list.
4. Click Customize to start editing the form.

In the customization view:

• You can add, rearrange, or delete form fields.
• Each field’s properties can be modified using the available settings.

Building Your Own Form

1. Click the Build Your Own Form
2. Enter a Form Name and click Create a Form.
3. Use the drag-and-drop interface to add your required fields.
4. Modify each field’s properties as needed.

Customizing Existing Forms

To modify an existing form:

1. Select the form and click Customize.
2. The form will open in Edit Mode.

While in Edit Mode:

• Use the Fields section to drag and drop new fields.
• Reorganize field layout as needed.
• Use Form Properties to manage overall form settings such as:
  • Validation rules
  • Redirect location after submission
  • Success messages
• Use Field Properties to:
  • Edit dropdown options
  • Control field visibility
  • Assign access permissions

Saving and Accessing Forms

• All changes made to your form are saved automatically.
• To exit Edit Mode, click Back to Form Data.
• Your forms will be listed under the Other Forms menu for future access and use.

By using Zoho Sites’ built-in Form Data tools, you can easily design, manage, and deploy interactive forms tailored to your site’s specific needs.
