Introduction

If you no longer wish to use Zoho Social, you can permanently delete your Portal (Zoho Social account). Please note that this action will erase all data associated with your Portal and cannot be undone.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Portal Settings.
  3. Under the Portal Info section, click Delete Portal.

4.A confirmation pop-up will appear.

5.Click Delete Portal again in the consent window to confirm.

 

Important Notes on Deleting a Portal

Once deleted, the following will occur:

  • ❌ All Brands under your Portal will be deleted.
  • ❌ All team members will lose access to the Portal.
  • ❌ All scheduled posts, monitoring columns, drafts, custom reports, and other data will be permanently erased.
  • ❌ Your Portal will be reset and cannot be recovered.

For Paid Plan Users

  • Instead of deleting, you have the option to downgrade to the Free Plan if you wish to continue using Zoho Social with limited features.

Rejoining Zoho Social

  • You can return to Zoho Social anytime by creating a new account with the same email address.

Caution: Deleting your Portal is permanent. Ensure you back up any important data before proceeding.
